About Acupres Boards:

Acupres Boards is suitable for beginners. The boards are lightweight and compact, perfect for starting your practice. Standing on nails of this length is stable and comfortable. The 10 mm spacing between nails provides a secure practice.

Standing on the board strengthens health and immunity, relieves stress. The state achieved after five minutes contributes to an influx of strength and energy, has a meditative effect, and clears the mind. The effect is particularly noticeable during daily practice. Start with three to five minutes and gradually extend the time up to 15 – 30 minutes.

After placing both halves of the board on yourself, the nails are completely and safely concealed by the casing, thanks to additional openings.

Galvanized Steel Nails:

Galvanized nails are durable and practically resistant to oxidation and corrosion. This makes using galvanized nails safe, and boards with such nails maintain an attractive appearance for a long time. These nails are commonly used and optimally efficient in terms of the price-to-quality ratio.

It’s worth noting, however, that in some rare cases, zinc may cause an allergic reaction with the skin – this depends on individual tolerance.

The materials used for the board are: laminated wood, birch plywood, MDF, and galvanized nails. The top layer of the board is covered with a special transparent coating that protects against moisture and dirt.

IMPORTANT INFORMATION:

During practice, ensure a dry and soft surface for the life boards; place them on a carpet, towel, or blanket.

Remember not to place them directly on the ground, damp, or wet surfaces.

Remember to close the Acypres Boards and store them in a safe place after each practice, away from children and pets. Protect the health of your loved ones from accidental stepping or falling on the life boards.

CONTRAINDICATIONS

• High temperature. Standing on life boards releases energy and warms the body, which can further increase body temperature.
• Epilepsy.
• High blood pressure.
• Open wounds on the feet.
• In the case of moles, warts, calluses, and moles, protect these areas from massage;
• Strokes and heart attacks less than 6 months before practice.
• Alcohol poisoning.
• We do not recommend practicing with nails in case of acute chronic diseases, wait for recovery and exercise for health!
• Pregnancy – massaging points on the feet increases blood flow, which is not recommended during pregnancy.
• Sharp infectious diseases;
• Some skin diseases (e.g., rashes, fungal infections, herpes);
• Cancerous diseases. Life boards act specifically on the surface of the feet, hands, or back and have a lymphatic drainage effect – a type of massage technique. However, in the case of cancerous diseases, any massage is contraindicated.
