Stimulation of these points:
To start, we recommend the 8mm flexi board – it’s gentler on the body and perfect for beginners. Also, order the e-book, which will show you how to use the board and help you through your first sessions step by step.

For those who want to go deeper
If you already know the basics and can work with discomfort, choose a board with a 10mm nail spacing for intermediate users. This is a natural step forward that will help you deepen your practice, quiet your mind, and listen to your body even more deeply.

For those who are ready to push the boundaries!
The 12mm stance board is the choice for advanced practitioners who are body-conscious and ready to delve deeply into the zone of intense sensation. It requires focus, humility, and a willingness to work with the uncomfortable—but this is often where true transformation begins.

Toe separators help restore natural toe alignment, improve foot mobility, and support post-workout recovery. The massage ball relieves tension, stimulates circulation, and provides a soothing effect after an intense session. Together, they create the perfect duo to support the body before and after practice.

Our boards are made locally, with attention to every detail. Most of the work is handcrafted—it requires precision, focus, and patience. This isn’t mass production. Every board passes through human hands and eyes. Because we believe that things made with care have greater value and last longer.

Everything you need to know about Acupres Boards
The initial sensations may be intense, but I wouldn’t describe them as typical “pain.” It’s a warning signal from the mind, which serves a protective function. The discomfort will be greater if the body is tense and stressed. Initially, you feel a great deal of discomfort and heat, which challenges the mind. After 3-5 minutes, the body adapts, and a pleasant sense of relaxation sets in. It’s a bit like entering cold water—at first, there’s a shock, then adaptation.
For beginners, we recommend 5-10 minutes a day. With practice, you can gradually increase the time to 15-20 minutes. Consistency is key – it’s better to practice 5 minutes daily than an hour once a week. Experienced practitioners sometimes stand for as long as 30-40 minutes.
Absolutely! Acupressure Boards are versatile tools that can be used in a variety of ways:
Signals that can be sent to a more intense board:
Yes, we recommend practicing with socks, especially for beginners. This reduces the intensity of the sensations, allowing you to gradually become accustomed to the board. As you gain experience, you can try practicing without socks for a more complete stimulation.
The first effects, such as relaxation of the body and calming of the mind, are felt after the first session. Lasting changes in stress reduction and improved foot health appear after approximately 2-3 weeks of regular practice. Full health benefits usually develop after 1-2 months of regular practice.
Boarding is not recommended for people with: advanced diabetes, severe cardiovascular disease, epilepsy, open wounds on the feet, pregnant women, and children under 12 years of age. If you have any health concerns, consult a doctor before beginning your practice.
Wooden Boards – Their flexible design allows them to adapt to uneven surfaces, such as grass, sand, carpet, or mats. They do not require a perfectly level surface.
If the outside of the boards becomes dirty, you can safely clean them with a damp cloth, water, and mild soap.
Do not soak or pour water on the nail parts – this may cause corrosion and damage to the metal components.
If necessary, disinfect them with an alcohol-based or nanosilver-based disinfectant.
