Your feet are the foundation of your life! Mateusz Jasiński – Bright Point

What are you standing on, man? On your feet!

Your feet are the foundation of your life – seemingly so obvious and trivial, and man of the 21st century, despite the progress of civilization, is increasingly disconnected from the body (self) and nature. When we stand – the feet become the foundation of our body. If any part of the foot is mechanically dysfunctional – it will have a domino effect – from the feet up. By walking in narrow shoes that restrict the natural movements of the foot and the lack of movement challenges (walking on flat, monotonous surfaces), our feet become weaker and weaker, causing more and more people to experience injuries or pain.

Dormant and lazy feet are… a dormant body!

Want a simple and effective way to take holistic care of your health?

Start with your feet! Grounding (walking barefoot) and practicing on the Planks of Life is a phenomenal tool to support your health not only on a physical level, but also… spiritually-mentally!
I guarantee you that just a few seconds on the Life Planks will make you instantly return to the mystical “here and now”, and even the most persistent thoughts will go away faster than they came.

Let’s look at it purely down-to-earth… Did you know that a quarter of the bones in your body are located in your feet?
The foot has a very complex structure – it consists of 26 bones, 21 muscles, 33 joints, more than 100 tendons, and grouped molecules at the ends of nerve protrusions, (of which there are about 72,000 in each foot), are connected to the brain and thus to other parts of the body. As you can see, the feet are full of nerve endings that form a vital sensory feedback loop connecting the brain to the feet and the rest of the body.
Maintaining this system is the basis for a healthy and balanced system of our perfect body.

The importance of the feet in the context of human health was well known to the Chinese. The first references to reflexology date back to around 5000 BC.
Often reflexology is combined with Chinese meridian theory, acupuncture and acupressure.
There’s nothing unusual about this, since we have a map of the organs of the entire body described on our feet and hands – by stimulating different areas of the feet, hands and face, we stimulate the internal organs to self-regulate and remove potential blockages in the flow of energy.

Regular stimulation of the feet and taking care of their “inner softness” will massage your internal organs, and good energy flow between organs is a recipe for inner harmony.

And this is what I wish for you!

What are the effects of the Planks of Life?

  • In shedding tension and improving energy flow in the body,
  • in relieving the effects of stress,
  • Regular practice stimulates the secretory organs, respiratory system, aids bladder control and improves bowel function
  • In better circulation,
  • improve the functioning of the nervous system by opening, unblocking nerve stimulus pathways

Your feet are a perfect biomechanical miracle!

It is worth appreciating this through daily practice.

Take care of where you stand, and you will see how your well-being, and consequently your whole life, will change.

Cheers!
